  I'm very angry with this office. I have been taking my family to Peak for the last 7 years and we LOVE Dr Stoudt so much that we chose to use her as our doctor for my daughter when she was born, instead of a pediatrician. We have been taking my daughter there for 5 years now and we never regretted our decision because Dr Stoudt is amazing and goes above and beyond to make her patients feel like they are truest cared for. Just this Friday, we welcomed our second child and we never even thought about looking for a pediatrician (even though we're moving 30 miles away) because we were so happy with add Stoudt. I informed the hospital of our choice and called to make an appointment for his newborn check up and the receptionist completely change my perspective of Peak Primary Care. She let us know that Dr Stoudt would be out for a few months and I had no issues with that and asked if we could make an appointment with another doctor in the office. She then informed me that Dr Stoudt was not taking new patients and I asked if that would be changing once she returned. Instead of assisting me, she rudely put her option in and asked why I wouldn't be using a pediatrician. I am sorry but that is not anything a receptionist should be asking and I'm pretty sure the doctors would not be impressed that not only did she push away a new patient, she pushed away a loyal family that gave several referrals. I am very upset about the lack of respect I received and I will be moving my family to another practice immediately and I will be referring friends and family away from this office before they are treated the same

  Wow!!! Just called to schedule an appointment. The staff is very rude and has no regard for others. If you don't like your job move on. After reading the reviews definitely glad I didn't schedule here. You obviously don't need my business to finance your paycheck!!!
