  Dr. Nelson, and his assisting nurse, were absolutely wonderful with my son. Very kind, informative, and respectful. The office staff is horrible. Rude. Whispering, and clearly talking about me to every staff member about their mis -scheduling my son. I was completely disrespected, and they proceeded to tell every other staff member it was MY error. So much as clearly implying I'm a liar. It's really too bad I had kept the appt card, written by them, to prove they were wrong. Its sad such a wonderful doctor is represented by office staff so completely unprofessional, and down right rude to a client that had just written a $610.00 check. And then they proceeded to make my highly medicated son wait 90 minutes because of THEIR mistake. Thank you Dr Nelson, and nurse, for taking great care of my son, and treating me with nothing but respect!!

  Got my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their communication was great and they made the procedure go by smoothly. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed at a different office and they didn't give him very much information or tips post-operation, but since this office made sure I knew what to expect and do, I had to relay that information to him. My mom also goes here now and she loves it as well.
