- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited two weeks to get an appt. Called to verify appt got their voicemail. Once I got there the receptionist from hell blamed me for them not updating their records on how to get a hold of me as well as the never updated my insurance so I couldn't be seen. Apparently she never heard of HUMANA Insuance. Then I find out the DR I was scheduled for doesn't take my insurance. Not once did the receptionist apologize or try to make the situation better she only blamed me the customer for their lack of running an efficient office.
