- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Being an EMT I know how ERs tend to work. However I have a high expectation of how I treat patients and so hold others in my field to that same standard. I have almost always had a really great experience at this ER. So my expectations for how myself and my family are treated is pretty high. Sadly Dr.Krueger fell short of those expectations. He was abrupt and sarcastic and rude. I had brought my daughter on the recommendation of her doctor because of a concern about dehydration after vomiting so much. He made her feel bad for being sick. Everyone else was very nice. Had it not been for the way Dr. Krueger had treated us I would have given 5 stars. I hope someone can tell him that he should change how he is with people who are usually experiencing one the worst days, sometimes in their life.June 16, 2017by Raven
