- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been coming to Colorado Orthopedic Rehab all the way from Littleton for over 7 years. Brad is an amazing Therapist he has amazing technique for my back injuries and neck injuries. I love DRY needling. Not in my neck but my back. It truly works for back pain along with the robust therapy. My third issue is I have benign positional vertigo. It was a nightmare. I was medicated by a doctor which was awful but the therapist at Colorado Ortho Rehab who specializes in this therapy worked with me years ago and taught me how to self manage my vertigo with the epley maneuver.
